DR. EDWIN „BUZZ“ ALDRIN – THE PATRON OF OPEL PROJECT EARTH.

Apollo 11 Astronaut, Global Statesman for Space, and Opel Project Earth Ambassador Dr. Buzz Aldrin. Dr. Buzz Aldrin – Astronaut. Scientist. Environmentalist. Second man who set foot on the moon. He is one of the few human beings who have ever seen the world in full scale. He truly understands the big picture. He will encourage young scientists to become a part of the Opel Project Earth and undertake the scientific expedition that will form the first phase of Project Earth. Dr. Aldrin will announce the participants and welcome them on their way to the artic. Dr. Aldrin is still active as a scientist for NASA on global environmental issues.
